drivers side taillight

This is my first post. I changed the taillight bulbs to LEDs. The drivers side taillight will not come on. I checked the bulb with the passenger side bulb and it works. So it's not the bulb. I did noticed that the panel for the bulbs are removeable other lights work (I.E. turn signal, reverse, brake light and side marker. Has any body have this problem? Is so what is/was the fix.
Thanks Bill

Yes, pull the metal contacts out further. If this doesn't work you'll need to buy a new bulb carriage! If corroded, clean them off too.

The bulb tray contains metal contact strips that hold and send power to the bulbs. It is not uncommon for a strip to pop loose from the tray and break contact with the bulb.
Just one possibility...

Unhappy drivers side taillights

Tried both methods that were here. I get the reverse lights, turn signal and brake lights. The side marker is not working as is the tail light. I'm looking for a different
carriage so far no luck. Anybody have any ideas how to fix?
Thanks for any help.
Bill
