It's cold now and...

...When my engine is cold I am getting some stumbling as if I have bad fuel. After things are fully warmed the stumbling goes away

Is it likely that my O2 sensors are shot? No cel

Define rumbling.

Are you hearing Intake pops or is the motor running badly? Can you feel the motor shaking?

When was the last time you did spark plugs? Take out and charge the battery, change spark plugs and just take a look at your ignition system. It's not unheard of that condensation makes its way into the spark plug tube!

Has the car been sitting for a while?

Could also just be the winter fuel blend that is used in your location.
