This thread has some relevant information, it may be easier because your car appears to have smaller latches than the older models.

step 1 - go to this page:
Manuals - Porsche
step 2 - download 'Boxster Workshop Manual - Body Exterior" (actually, download them all ...)
step 3 - go to section 68-16 and follow instructions

On the edge facing the seat there are two holes with rubber plugs in them. There are allen screws behind the plugs, don't remember what size 4/5mm??
