I was chatting with the good folks at ECSTuning.com and they mentioned that H&R has a wheel Stud kit. I haven't purchased yet, but it is a bit cheaper than the kit listed below.

Update: Spoke to the guys at H&R - very helpful. Here is a link to the kit:

If anyone needs to remove their locking nuts without a key.
I have the tool if you'd like to buy it at a 50% discount ~$17. I only needed to use it one time x4 bolts to remove my Lockers when the previous owner could not find the key for me. I comes with 2 remover sockets for different type lockers, and a short bar to tap the locker out of the socket after its removed.
