Yes. I know your next question will be did it make a difference. That's a hard question to answer. It's not like switching on a light but theoretically it should. if you look at the rear suspension, it's like a giant U shape upside down, Porsche put a cross bar in on the front part of the U but not the back part. With the car on the lift you can move the rear part with a little help left to right so it only makes sense that the bar would help.
In my opinion, get it. the car does feel better at high speed.

Techno Torque is in the air intake, not the suspension. Pedro has posted graphs of dyno tests, never seen any complaints.

Just curious as to what the improved quarter mile times would be with the TechnoTorque installed. Not that I really expect much, since the Boxster isn't a drag strip kinda car. Just curious.

I've been toying with the idea of getting the TechnoPowerKit (TechnoTorque, plus bored out throttle body and ECU remapping). Pedro says as much as +23 HP and +14 ft/lbs. So, if I'm turning out 14.8 sec quarter miles, what would I expect to get with the TechnoPowerKit?

Of course, either the TechnoTorque by itself, or the TechnoPowerKit... either one has to wait until I finish a few other projects to the car first. I have most of my new suspension sitting in my garage. Need a few odds and ends before I start that job. Then I need a motor mount and water pump (w/ low temp thermostat) installed next. Then a Pedro Sport Exhaust. THEN I'll revisit the TechoPowerKit.

Oops another one of those brain farts. Yes I also have the techno torque installed on my car. basically gave me more mid range torque. Not sure that it would improve your 1/4 mile times but it did help coming out of turns at Sebring. I would check out his bigger throttle body setup. that might be a help.

Haha! No worries, Harrycb. But, maybe now I DON'T want you working on my IMS/clutch! "Hey bar10dah, got your car done. But, I've got all these extra pieces and wasn't sure what to do with them."

However, your explanation of the TechnoBrace has made me want to get one.
