HELP!!! No Brakes and Crazy Idle

My thought would be to replace the broken part instead of trying to fix it with superglue. Hopefully the glue hasn't seeped into any little places it shouldn't.

It looks more like the check valve leading to vacuum resoviour pn 964 110 951 01
I could be mistaken
