Rear trunk to cabin cable access

Whats the easiest way to route a cable from the rear trunk into the cabin? Ive seached and havent found a solution. Before I start digging into it I figured Id ask.

cable routing

Follow the wiring harness that goes into the trunk under the trunk liner. It enters the trunk on the drivers side.
