White smoke from side vent!

After a brief drive last night i came home pulled into my drive way and after getting out of my car i noticed some white smoke coming from my passenger side engine vents. The smoke puffed out for about 4-5secs. then stopped, and about 1/2minute later did the same thing. It seemed to smell a bit like antifreeze. I did top the water off about a week ago but have had no similar instances. The drive barely got the engine up to full temp. Anyone have any ideas or experience w/ anything like this?

Sounds like it might be a head gasket failure. I hope not!
