Custom exhaust for Boxster?

I'm coming over to the Porsche crowd from the BMW scene so excuse my ignorance. Do most of you that are interested in changing your exhaust buy an aftermarket bolt on or have someone make you a custom one? I've got a great custom muffler shop I've used with BMWs but I'm thinking that the mid engine exhaust setup might be to complex.

Thanks,

It's tricky to get a good sound out of these cars with non-OEM exhausts. Drone is a big problem. Do some research in the archives here for a LOT more info.
