Hey Pat,

Did you run around HPR, or one of the other tracks?

And yes, the Boxster is heavily affected by the altitude, in comparison to a car with a turbo.

Adding in the AWD, and everything else, I can easily see an A4 outpacing a Boxster up here at 5k+ feet.

R-comp tires will reveal your lost 3 seconds. A more open course should favor the Audi while a more technical course should favor the Box.

After thinking more about it, I bet I could knock a second or so off that time with some practice. For you local guys, what should I expect a stock 986 S to do around Pueblo?

Unfortunately, I've only ever driven my '98 on HPR, so I don't have an idea what it might do at Pueblo.
