Just call them up, and tell them that they sent you the wrong part number.
You ordered part number 986 114 012 06, but received part number 986 114 012 04, and you would really appreciate it if they would send you the part you ordered, quickly.
I am sure they will send you the correct part.
If they won't, call your CC company, and dispute the charges.
Then you might be able to get to keep the part you have, anyway.
