Could it be possible that the coolant reservoir cap and/or bleeder valve needs replaced? Mine dumped a gallon of coolant once even though it was at normal operating temperature so I replaced both of those parts and haven't had an issue since.

One of the radiator fan motors went bad. It was the original.

R & R of the radiator fan and coolant system flush...$700.
