for a 987, the side marker light uses bulb 2825 which can be found in any auto parts store for a few $.
To remove, the easiest way, push the front of the marker light backwards towards the wheel. After about 1/4", you can pull the front of the assembly out, slide it forward a bit and then the whole assembly will be free. Turn the plug on the back side 1/4 turn to release. Bulb pulls straight out. Reinstall in reverse. Should take all of 2min to DIY...
