I think you're right about the Dust Shield. I actually thought that too and started bending back the flat pieces, but the noise still persisted.

Is it ok to bend the circular part of the Dust Shield? I'll have to to the rotor off in order to do that, but it'll be well worth it if it means a quiet ride.
