Completing OBDII monitors is not a question of "how many drive cycles", it's a question of how you drive it to make the monitors run. There is a lot of 993-specific advice in this thread:

It sounds like the Boxster OBDII manual will tell you exactly how to drive the car to get the monitors to run. I'd look at that if I were in your situation.
