If you haven't already done so before you start, take a look at Mike Focke's most excellent web page on the MAF at
http://sites.google.com/site/mikefocke2/checkenginelightcausedbymassairflowsensor. Also, from what I've observed online with MAF postings, if your car has around 35-50K miles and the idle is crappy soon after replacing your MAF, cleaning the throttle body is probably needed. In case you haven't read it elsewhere, buyer beware with eBay MAFs - you never know for sure what you're getting
