Yes, the ROW flash ignores the secondary air injection. You can pull the pump and all of the parts off of the motor and cap the injection ports with block off plates from Porsche.

996 113 340 50
for the plates
and
996 113 233 50
996 113 213 51
for the gaskets.

Would putting these plates with their gaskets be easy for a d.y.i.? I've changed my AOS before and radiator if that helps to compare my skill level.
