OMG! New Light Flywheel, Clutch, RMS, and front Motor mount installed!!

Hi all,
In an earlier thread I had been hearing a clunk, cluck, cluck sound and could not figure out where and how to fix, so I bite the bullet and took into an Indy shop which I had heard good feedback on.

We installed a new clutch and light flywheel, old was worn down to the rivets….crazy I know. Front Motor mount was busted, installed the 987 update. And since we were in there, we updated the RSM seal and checked the IMS, looked fine.

Anyhow, it turns out the clunk, cluck noise was coming from a axle cover that connects to the transmission. For some odd reason, no idea how, maybe previous owner, the cover was dented and cut into…really odd.

My car drives like new now, smooth and quiet. Such a big different!!!

If anyone is looking for an Indy shop in the San Francisco Bay area, I highly, A+++, recommend TheRennShop:

Marvin is more attentive that my Barber and Therapist combined. He really knows his stuff.
