If you need them off bad enough you can remove them at the cost of 1 socket/wheel. I had a shop get a socket that almost fit the bolt and hammer it on enough to remove it to fit snuggly on the bolt and then they were able to remove it. Cost $25 in the long run for a used bolt and socket but I needed the car back a.s.a.p. so I didn't care.
