Is there performance loss I have a couple quick question: I live in Ohio and bought a car from Calilfornia. Does porsche put emission crap on for only certain regions or not at all? Long story short if Cali has the emission crap on it, 1.) How much Hp is lost 2.) Can it be easily removed or circumvented?
