I ran a 275-35-18. The real issue is what size and offsets are the 19" rims.

I'm running a Dunlop SPT Maxx 275/30/19 on my '02 Boxster S. My wheels measure 19x10 with a 58mm offset. Wheels & tire fits fine without protruding past the body. Sorry, I haven't posted pics yet but plan to within the next few weeks.
But if you can't wait, contact the user: rule1 on this forum, he has the same tire combo on his Boxster

If your offsets are correct you will have no problems.

I run a 285/30/18 with an overall rear offset of 43mm

Unfortunately, I don't know what my offsetts are but I run the same size just fine. The car is lowered with Eibach's and I had to use 15mm spacers to clear the brakes.

bbs lm 275/30-19

running bbs lm 19s...

It is barely clearing the side of the shock strut. Just keep an eye on the inside of the wheel for any rubbing. Fronts barely clear the bottom spring perch. Running stock suspension.
