Just posted some new pictures and a video I took while attending my local circuit. I had tyre problems so it was a medium pace session, but good fun all the same.

So they don't require a BK rollbar extender for the track in the U.K.? Do you sit below the factory rollbar with your helmet on? And cool you've got GT3 brakes on your Boxster! Is that a straight-forward mod? Just bolt on the bigger rotors and brake calipers? Those rotors are how big? I've heard 380mm. I think the stock Boxster S rotors are 318mm ?

No they dont require your to extend the rollbar and my helmet does sit slightly higher than the bar. I should order a BK one really.
The brakes need the GT3 hubs which means you need new wheels or spacers. That was my issue on the day, my track wheels were the wrong offset and I left it too late to get spacers. I have now decided to get another set of track only wheels made up with the right offset.
They are worth the hassle (IMHO).

I'm sure those GT3 brakes are worth it. I was at an AutoCross last week and one of the guys there had a 2008 GT3. While I was admiring his car I noticed how damn big his brakes were. He said yeah, they are 380's, I guess meaning 380mm rotors. What is the spacer requirement to make these big hubs & rotors fit the Boxster? And no Master cylinder upgrade required?

I swapped the master cyl too but was told it was not strictly necessary. The wheels basically need to be similar to the 996 Mk2 GT3as that what you now have on the front. I have 8x18 ET42 with some 3mm shim spacers and am having some new ones made to ET40. I guess it depends on what your current wheels are as to what spacers you need.
I am pretty sure mine are 355mm disks but you have a 100-150kg advantage over a gt3 so there is plenty of headroom
