Side Rear Carpet Panel

I'm trying to realign a carpet panel that is a little offcentered. It's the passenger side carpet panel between the door and carpet panel that you remove to change the serpentine belt. I think there is an airbag sensor behind it from what I remember but the Bentley manual mentions no such thing. It says to just remove two screws and lift up. Does anyone know if there sensor behind it?

Unless the '01 is very different than the '00, the airbag sensor is behind the panel under the door sill. On the passenger side, it should only be the seat belt mechanism behind the panel you're describing. Be careful in pulling the panel off, I broke one of the tabs at one point a while back.
