I had that once at in the 95 FM range. It turned out to be something called "country music". Changing the station solved the problem.

I do not think there is a difference between the CDR220, CDR-220, and CD-220 (I'm not even sure that CD-220 is even a correct name for the Becker), they're just different names.

Also, when you get this static, are you listening to the radio, a cd (head unit), or a cd (cd changer), or another input like an iPod?

You could have a loose connection if it is happening from a cd changer of other input.
If it from a cd in the head unit it would be the cd, or the stereo, and if it is the radio it could be a normal static radio frequency.

Also, cell phones are now to cause some problems, so if you leave your cell phone near the head unit, put it in the center console and see if that helps.

Hope this helps!

Yeah, I would say that if it is feedback and you only get it randomly and for a short period of time than it could well be your cell phone.

Basically if you keep your cell in the center tray beneath the head unit than I would suggest moving the phone to the locked center console. See if that helps.

The cell phone deal is just the phone communicating with a tower (either to ping and relocate, or recieve/send a call or text). Feel free to experiment with it by having a friend call you while holding the phone right next to a pair of speakers, it's kinda interesting..

Having a 9 second Honda is like coming out of the closet. At first you surprise everybody and get lots of attention, but in the end you're still a fag.
