not the same as the toe arms. the rear track arms connect to the lower control arms (below and behind the brake rotors) and run forward along the bottom of the car to a mounting point on the chassis. it keeps the rear wheel from moving forward or backward and also aids in anti-squat when you hit the gas.
the front tension bars are the same thing, but for the front wheels. rather than anti-squat, they aid in anti-dive when you hit the brakes.
both of these items, particularly the rear, experience accelerated wear at the bearing. they start to rattle a lot. the OEM items are $300 each, so the deluboz stuff is a great deal. PLUS, the bearings are replacable.
