exhaust opinions

I have a 2002 Boxster, I remember reading that the '03 '04 s exhaust had a little bit more sound to it. I was wondering if it is enough to justify going this route (I also wouldn't mind having a different exhaust tip) so if anyone has done this please give me your opinion. I really wanted to stick with an OEM muffler though.
Thanks,

Exhaust

This is what I have on my '00 986 S. In addition I have FVD headers and Dansk 100 cell cats. I like the look of the tips, but that's my opinion. Sound is OK-not too loud or obnoxious.

I tried a few different exhausts on my car, and wasn't happy with resonance / vibration issues. In the end we hollowed out my stock exhaust, and it sounds great without any of the problems.

Thanks for the replies,
From what I have read here, I am a little worried about the resonance on the aftermarket units. I was also looking for a less expensive way out, so I purchased a stock 2004 Boxster S muffler off e-bay(hopefully it mounts up OK). All I need now is a tip for it. If this doesn't do it for me, maybe I will look into modifying the stock one.
