Radio code doesn't work

2002 s model had battery disconnected for transport- just had to drive 3 hrs no radio. I got the serial number, called the dealer, and the code they gave me doesn't seem to work. Radio is a CDR220, Serial number: 25014857 , Type 4462 Dealer is now closed for wknd, and I don't want to be silent until Monday, can anyone help?

How did you obtain the radio serial number. What code did the dealer give you.
