shelhart Registered User Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: Orlando, fl Posts: 8	torn ball joint boot When putting on my new H&R springs I tore the boot on the ball joint pretty bad on my 2002 S. The car has 48k miles on it and I looked at the cost for a new ball joint and, of course, it only comes as an entire control arm. It costs a ridiculous amount of money.
