What top 10 things should I replace or upgrade on 02 boxster

I purchased my 02 around 10K miles ago and other than new wheels and a gas cap I have not made any changes.

I was wondering if someone could tell me the top 10 things I should look for and/or upgrade on my boxster to ensure a long life.

Also wondering how much a timing chain replacement will cost me. Is this impossible to get to?

I have not even peaked in the engine compartment yet.

Thx -c
