Hey Guys. I hav'nt posted in years but still check this sight a lot for info.

Anyway, I just wanted to say +1 to this post. I'm in the process of swapping out my head unit and I found two sets of directions (1 from Pelican Parts and 1 from install kit instructions) clearly stating that the wire should be grounded. Yea, that totally makes the horn go off. After finding this posted I just capped the wire and all is well.
