Your Boxster is MUCH more substantial than the 99 Miata I was considering putting the youngest son in, I would not have a problem putting a young driver in it (the Boxster), except for the fear they'd drive like an idiot lol. The Street Survival class is one day long put on by The Tire Rack and BMW Club, cost is ~ $75 and well worth it imo.
