Inherited a 2003 S.

My father has recently purchased a 2015 Guards Red Boxster GTS, so his previous toy, a 2003 Guards Red Boxster S, has been passed down to me.

I have worked on this car with him every weekend for the past nine years. This is the car that originally got me into cars and I know all the ins and outs of it. I cannot wait to start racking up the miles! It currently only has 75k and I am the fourth owner if you count my father.

It has a Metropol Blue interior with the full aluminum look. No the Eisenmann PSE, Koni shocks, new clutch and flywheel at 70k miles, has been desnorkeled, ball bearing short shifter, and has some other small things. We retrofitted the headlights not too long ago. I am looking for H&R springs for it to get it a little lower.

Here are some recent photos of it.

Sweet!
Looks beautiful! (Though I've not seen that combo of colors before!)

Beautiful car. And if I said it once I said it a thousand times; those are the nicest wheels you can put on a 986. Then again I am slightly biased with my 03 S having them as well.

Have fun!
