Hi Gerry from Montreal! Welcome to the forum.

If you have stock wheels (or at least stock offsets), 20 mm spacers are no problem, both front and rear. That is what I have on my car.

If you have the stock wheel bolts, you'll also need 20 mm longer bolts.

I've always thought that the front track on our Boxsters is too narrow, so I put 20 mm spacers on the front, and loved how much better the car looks. It also has improved the steering feel as well, which is a nice bonus. I then put 20 mm spacers on the rear, but thought the rear track was just slightly too wide, so I ended up getting 15 mm for the rear. In my eyes it looks great.

Just as a reference, I have the stock 17" turbo twist wheels.
