New Boxster S owner from Calgary
My other car, a TR6, is for now sale. Quite a bit of difference from British to German....it definitely puts a smile on your face...

Great looking car!
Did it have the clear side markers when you got it or did you add them? I have an 03' S as well in Arctic Silver and I am considering the clear markers since I think they look better especially on a grey or silver car.

Great looking car whitfield...congrats!
Thanks for the heads-up Radium, should have mine out of storage soon. Maybe I'll take a run up and check it out.

Hmmm, that's a bit of a haul for a day of tracking but I'll bet that will be fun.
As an aside, I lived in Edmonton back in the '80's, you know, when they had a pro hockey team. Anyway I owned a 1978 FIAT X 1/9, a slow-as-molasses but slot-car-handling mid-engine targa-topped fun mobile. I joined the Edmonton Sports Car Club and despite owning a FIAT they let me stay. We used to do track days at the old Edmonton Speedway (is it even there anymore?) They were a real hoot! All hell bent for leather and me holding everybody up on the drag strip front straight. The decreasing radius corkscrew in the back was the only place my X 1/9 could out do just about anyone.
Fun times.

Edmonton Speedway is gone, and Race City in Calgary recently closed. For the past few years we had to get our kicks at a cart track in Edmonton called Stratotech that was actually a whole lot of fun (you learn how to turn on a track like that). Castrol Raceway is brand new (curbing just went in this spring. thank god) and is a fun, technical track. worth the trip i'd say, especially if you make a long weekend out of it and throw in a trip to lake louise and a night at the chateau.

That is a great looking car!
Now, let's see a few pic's of that TR-6 that you have for sale - I had a '71 TR-6 back in the mid-80's. Still one of the best looking cars around IMHO.

Ditto to all above and, yes please, TR6 pics. Wonder if anyone has retro-moded a TR6 to bring some modern engineering to that classic style?
