Radio Presets Cleared

I have a 2010 Boxster for 2 months been running great.

When I got in my car this morning, the radio presets and the blue tooth settings were gone. When I put the presets back the information shown for the radio station are different then before.

Anyone else experience radio presets and or bluetooth settings getting wiped?

I have the standard radio single cd changer, not sure the model number.

I saved a radio station, I noticed the name, it would save with RDS was fitting random characters at certain points and fined for others.Radio powered by CBS Radio may not be ready for its several reasons. Some solutions are listed below. After trying the first solution, check whether the problem is resolved.
