Boxter a good choice

I agree with Mikefocke who says you don't have to pay that much for a Boxer. Admittedly, mine is old (98) but I didn't pay $30-35 for it.

However, repairs are expensive. I've used both independent European car repair shops and the dealer. The dealer gave me a 2 year warranty on the work they just recently performed (some things just went out - hey, it's an old car.)

I have the nice classic color scheme - silver body and the Boxter red interior.

I've had a lot of cars - Mercedes, Saab, Corvette, BMW 318 (or whatever the 4-wheel drive was called back then). Of all the others, I liked the BMW best all-around of those cars, but nothing has compared to the 911 and Boxter I have driven.

Go for it.
