wow, interesting stuff.. sounds pretty common. I'm feeling much better now but now I fear that after the car's fixed and I get it back, I'll always be worrying about the dreaded IMS failure that I thought this was. I was doing some research and it sounds like the faulty part wasn't introduced until '01. Does that mean that my car is immune to this problem?
