final bill.. $5884.31...

No one said owning a Porsche was cheap. They ended up replacing the flywheel and CV boots too.

Well the good news is that the car feels frickin' terrific! Way better than before. There was something definately wrong with my clutch; it was so stiff. Now, it feels nice and smooth. And she pulls so much better now.. prolly due to the tune up.

I'm one happy (but broke) camper!

Congrats. There was another recent post from someone with a Pettit modified FD asking if moving to a Boxster would be cheaper. I warned him that moving to a Porsche is not going to save him any money in repairs/maintainence.

I can see why you fell for the car hook, line and sinker. Red over tan does that to many of us.
