If you didn’t receive this troubleshooter, which goes by the code of KB3073930, through Windows Update, you can download it from Microsoft’s website. However, this troubleshooter is only available for the users of Windows Insider program. It isn't available for the final version of the OS.
Since this tool works only in Insider build versions, it will probably also work in the full version of Windows 10 when it gets released.
This troubleshooter works just like other Windows troubleshooters. You just have to open it and select Hide updates. Once you select which updates you want to hide, Windows will hide them and they won’t be installed.
While updates are very useful for every Windows version as they provide additional stability and security to the system, many users find downloading and installing them annoying, especially if they cannot control it.
