Hey Supermini...thanks for the idea of using a long screw driver as a lever. That will certainly be easier than cramming a pulley removal tool in there. I do have a couple of questions though. What size bolt did you use to lock the oem pulley in place (diameter and length)? How did you keep the new pulley from rotating? My new one doesn't have any holes on the face to lock it to the boss, so the only thing I can think of is something like an adjustable oil filter wrench with the rubber strap holding it in place while I torque down the new pulley bolt.
