Honest opinion: Stop worrying what other people think, this car is an expression of you and what you like. Years ago I quit carrying about what people think as I do what I do, for me because I like it. Have you ever looked at other car builders and listened to interviews they have given? They make their cars to what they like, not what others think.

Now if you are asking because you are considering selling this car at some point, than opinions will be pertinent as you are seeing a consensus on "what sells".

...but since you have asked...I like it.

I'll echo what Eric said about your car being for you.

On that note, I dislike the gauge pod. The carbon fiber trim is ok, but that badge on the gauge pod looks... cheap.

Opinions vary. I agree you must please yourself, if others like it, great!

IMHO, I like the Porsche badge, nice touch, and not the gauges. They are too low to be practical - even if they are not yet operational. I like to look at ALL gauges in one view…so, I would swap out A/C controls with the gauges. Did the lower gauges cluster have the CF put on upside down? It looks as if the pattern is reversed or not the same as the other two above. That would irk me.

I too have gotten CF, or vinylized-looking CF, which is cheap. I wrapped my phone in it, and I beat the dog out of it. Still looks good. So once you get it to stick it is pretty tough. Make sure you get the corners right, once it is stuck you are stuck with it!

We have several vehicles that have been wrapped in vinyl, same stuff. Pretty tough.

I was thinking of putting on the console, like you did, and decided I like my silver better. To each their own. Now, I am looking to do the front air dam in CF….to keep the road rash off my bumper…anyone done that yet?

One final thing…it can't look too bad because you can back it up, it is a Porsche. So style away!
