Help needed for 3.8 Swap, 2000 Boxster S

We're starting down the road to swap either a 3.6 or 3.8 for the blown 3.2 in a 2000 Boxster S. From extensive reading, we understand that the hardest part of this swap is getting the electrical system components to work properly (instrument cluster, DME, ABS, HVAC, etc.)

If anyone has done this swap on a 2000 S successfully, we'd love to talk to you.

rj,
Had the swap done on my '02 Boxster a few years ago. It is an awesome project, albeit an expensive one if someone else does it for you. I had mine done by FVD in Florida. They bought a crate motor from Porsche and did the conversion both in FL and Germany.
