Interior and Softop Swap

What's up guys? I luv my boxster's blue exterior, but really dislike the grey interior. I've found someone who is willing to trade his interior and softtop for mine - they are both blue I think my car would look sweet with tripple blue!He has a 2002 Boxster and I have a 2003 Boxster S. The question is will the swap work? Are all the parts interchangeable? What kinda labor you think is will be required? Any thougts on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The '03 had quite a few changes. I seriously doubt the switch will be easy.

mmm, Thanks Normin. It's looking very tough. May keep my silver one after all.
