Your budget would be helpful.. I'm Actually driving a trailer up to canada in a few weeks to buy a car.

I don't know, because i don't know how much worth a boxster S with blown engine.

But for a running one.. maybe 13-14000? it enough?

I have an 01S roller with Bose premium sound and full leather interior for sale. Clean title. Owner blew the engine, then wanted a 3.8 conversion, then moved to NY. It's Silver with Orange accents. I have the 6 speed trans. I believe the car has under 70k miles on it. Perfect top. It has some small dings, but nothing major. He lived in downtown SanFran for a few years.

I planned to put a rebuilt/updated 3.2 in it and help him sell it, but selling the roller is fine also!!

Figure 7k for it. It has 996 5 spoke 18's on it right now.

It comes with the 6speed trans :)

It good! You know why the engine blew?

It easy to swap?

He ran it out of oil.. pretty much destroyed the whole thing. The heads were damaged from shrapnel.

It appears Bravo is in the SF bay area, I could easily get the car to him via trailer for $150

Or.. for 1k US I can install whatever engine you have and you can drive it back :)

I don't understand for the trailor.. 150$ for rent a trailor?

$150 for my gas to the San Fran bay area. I run back and forth all the time with customer cars from SF bay area. I'd take it up, then he could bring it to you (if he is still open to doing that)

I seriously doubt your going to find an S for under 5k as a roller, and it will probably be a basket case/beat up.

6 or 7k for blown engine..
good cond.. 12 or 13 k maybe

it is a perfect running 2000S with many added factory options. 85,000 miles
(136,000km)
Speed yellow, with all leather Black interior, yellow stitching in seats and doors, the roll bar and seat belts also yellow.

Also have a Black hard top available with it if desired.
$13,500 without the hard top, $15,000 with it. I would think up in Montreal it would be a nice feature to have in the winter time. I am from Minnesota and know what that cold and snow is like!

The car is located in South Carolina, and you could fly down to Savannah, GA or
Charleston, SC very close. A PPI could be set up for you at your expense. Not really necessary except for your peace of mind.

VERY CLEAN not one dent, no scratches, and soft top is like new.

No snow here, so no winter use, previous owner lived in Alabama, again no winter use. its winter now, but our coldest day , today iwas 40 degrees as a high, getting down to 25 tonight, but i left it in the garage and drove the Montero, since its all clean and shine.

did you look at the link for pictures i posted? very clean

well, learn how to drive a stick, 6 speed is much more fun IMHO!! and less issues or expense with transmissions.

Make an offer, - you can fly in to savannah, ga we are 30 minutes out,near Hilton Head SC. can arrange to pick you up. Also can arrange for PPI at local porsche and import shop by a well know (40 years certified porsche mechanic) shop.

Hello, I am about to post my 2001 S with about 31K miles. Black two-owner car with records. car in very good condition and regular maintenance. The car is here in Maine in my garage.
