Same issue here. Replaced all the rear hard lines from the distribution block to both rear wheels and the Connection Piece is cracked in the same place.
My son works for an Aftermarket & Performance European Supplier, sending it to them to develop an improved Connection Block to make available for us.
Why Porsche decided to make it out of billet aluminum is beyond me. It should at least be brass or brass alloy.

I have been able to locate new ones via Porsche Dealerships.
