Seat belt light won't go off

Today, i changed a light on the gauge cluster and then plugged it back in with the eh car being off. I also change 2 relays under the dash but the car was off.. What is making this seatbelt stay on constantly. The only way to make it go out is to put the belt on ... but not to comfortable with it on ... so please give me some info

So let me understand this...

With your seatbelt unfastened, the seatbelt light stays on. But if you fasten the seatbelt, it turns off?

THAT'S WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO. WEAR YOUR **** SEATBELT.

Isn't this a common & know problem with the buckle (female end)? I thought we've read about this before. Have you done any searches for old threads?
