I don't know for sure, probably a couple of hundred bucks or more. There stuff tends to be VERY expensive.

As long as it's under say $800 I think I'll get one.
But first Chills needs to de-amber.

I hope you're talking about the eBay one. That Gemballa one is sweet.

To each his own. Porsche has used fixed spoilers as an aftermarket option for some time now. But not everyone likes it. I just preffer not to drill any holes in my trunk, that's why I went the one I have. Only uses 3M double sided tape.

Well it looks better than this big wing that Porsche sells in the Techquipment section. This thing is so big and does not even conform with the lines of the car.

At least mine is very small and fits nicely between the tailights. But everyone has there own opinion.

New look of 987 spoiler
This is where I got my idea for the new 987 sport package that has this type of spoiler.

As you can see the one I used is the same shape and size as the new 07 design. I think it looks cool and more modern.

Brilliant Idea! Cappy!
How about a "cap" type spoiler on top of the factory unit?! That way I get the look AND the function!!!
Would the combined aero be funky? How bad could it be? Extra "John Goodman" I want, at high speed.
I would buy the cheapo and shave it and make a cappy.

That would be ideal. I've seen it done before on some other cars. Look at this one. That's what they did. Added a small bridge ontop of the stock one.

I like it!
Now would one of you guys or gals with a broken/cracked aftermarket wing want to sell or donate this to me I would figure a way and document how to fasten it to the stock spoiler. Maybe I can even make a mold of the cappy and dupe it.
Or spend the 300 bucks for the bridge type spoiler and be done with it...decisions, decisions... Out of the box sure sounds appealing.

I was wondering if anybody ever got a price for the Gemballa style spoiler?

Now your talkin! I like that idea.
Anyone got the stock one they want to sell? Since I haven't taken mine in for paint, it's a prime candidate for giving this a try.

It's been done. Did you see my earlier picture. Check out this web site. You have to scroll down some to see it.
