Actually, I think it sucks fairly well. Certainly the best of any hand helds I have used. The only downside is that I think the battery should last a little longer between charges. They could improve this by selling a second battery, which you could change out while the other is charging.
It is expensive for just the car, but I use it for the boat, etc. I also have a large dog who sheds a prodigious amount, so I find myself attacking the station wagon interior on a quite regular basis. And it's much easier than dragging out the full sized vac.
