Marc Gelefsky 02-25-2007 12:18 PM

To many plastic body parts and I shudder to think what my dog could do to that interior! :)

Dr. Kill 02-25-2007 01:12 PM

I am not crazy about the wing or the "wicked GTR" badging, but I could learn to live with it - that car is hot.

or just peel those letters off

Boxtaboy 02-25-2007 01:20 PM

Interior indicates it is not a 997, but actually a 996 based car. A bit too much, imo.

These guys have an entire business based on rebuilding wrecks. That would be my concern. The cars look great, but what did they start with?

Their description says they started with an 04 TT Cab. So, they took an 04 and turned it into an 08. Neat trick!

djomlas 02-25-2007 01:36 PM

so how can they still title it as an 08?

SigmaPi 02-25-2007 03:55 PM

Seriously,

If I was paying that much for a car, I don't want it to be a rolling billboard for the company. Porsche is fine, WICKED WICKED wicked is not. I am not "peeling" it off as well, the dealer can take $100 of my $180,000 check and do it himself. Seriously, people have that much money for such a classless, crass, and tactless car? It looks like my 16 year old neighbor and all his friends chose the colors, then designed it based on committee. BLAH! That thing actually hurts my eyes. :barf:

Honestly, did anyone finish the entire schpeel they wrote? I quit after the 20 lines about the extra wide quarters and front fenders. Whadda buncha drivvel.

djomlas 02-25-2007 04:36 PM

or at least use a better camera to really show what the car looks like, and not take 15 pictures showing the SAME EXACT angle.

Actually, It says it's an 04

boggtown 02-25-2007 05:01 PM

Ya, I was refering to how amazing it is that they went though all that trouble. Of course someone would only do that work to a wrecked car, lol. The colors and design look kinda wierd and flamboyant, but the execution was great in my opinion. And its freakin awesome it was a 7 inch lip.

djomlas 02-25-2007 05:01 PM

they say 04 and 08, weird man, and you also get the good ol' salvage title
