love the bumper, and no bumperettes, as well as the vents and wheels,and those mirros look very nice as well, just needs clear tails or the 550 ones.
i just dont like the speedter humps, but everything else looks nice. that spoiler is bad asss

love the deleted side markers, those things are useless anyways

what do you guys think?
seller on ebay here says hes got over 20 grand worth of pgrades. i like it a lot

Agree with you on the humps. Don't really know about those mirrors... And have never really been a fan of the light covers.

But otherwise - looks pretty good. Love the rear bumper, but he really does need those 550 lights. You see that red accent steering wheel?

The light covers, speedbumps and spoiler don't work for me at all, but the rest is at least clean and maintains the lines of the car. However, it still looks like a cheap kit car knock off and the front bumper reminds me too much of a Mazda something. Perhaps GXL?

Its okay. I don't care for that spoiler, headlight covers and side mirrors. I like the body kit. Interior looks nice too, from what little I can see. I like the speedster hump also. I'm getting some for my ride. Those big gapping holes in the front bottom are intended for an extra set of fog lights. Would look better if they were filled in. :cheers:

It's really clean but not digging all the add ons..probably coz' it's too many add ons :o

*I still like Randall's, SD987's and 986spyder set up except for the headlight cover and Ohio's engine set up and of course the one of a kind color of DJ's :D

Oh, I thought they were headlight cover..the silver thingy that goes around the headlight :) and the pedals...your not alone, I got one too and everyone thought i spend mucho dollares just for the pedal :D :D :D

I seen this car in Pimp my Ride! I recognize that Anziono likes it and I defend his choices eventhough I don't agree with the end result.

Wow. I haven't seen anything that formless lumpy and red since the last time I visited the bathroom.

Id buy the hell out of that thing. 20 grand for an 02 Box S is a great deal. Because of those mods only one person would bid, lol.

Had they actually removed body panels and put custom ones on, it'd be cool, but you can see they just stick parts on top of existing parts.

Maybe to the unknowledgable bystander, but to the informed, it looks like crap.

I've been meaning to ask this for a long time now. Are all these plastic stick-ons that I've seen people put on their cars supposed to look like they're (metal) components of a single (metal) body of the car? If that's the goal, I have yet to see a plastic stick-on that achieves it.

Skirts, spoilers, speedster humps, etc. -- it's just always so obvious that they're plastic pieces stuck onto the car, and for some reason that's a turn-off for me. I am aware that there are many that disagree but, as always, just my opinion.

I dig the humps and the spoiler... but the headlight covers look like they don't belong... they're above or outside the lines of the car, and look like they don't belong. There were things like that for my previous car (Hyundai Tiburon), and I thought they looked out of place on that car, too.

I kinda like it ( except for the headlight covers ).

I think that car would look pretty sharp in black...

How about PhotoShopping stock mirrors and deamberized lights back on, paint it black and change out the wheels for some black or gray SSR Gt3s. I bet it would look smokin'.

I really do like the front bumper and side-skirt design. The skirts especially are nice and clean.

I truly believe that red is the main issue with this ride....

i think the main issue is those ugly speedster humps and headlight covers along w the tails, but otherwise i love how unique it is, it does have a lot of detail rite now, actually too many little details and too much red w no contrast

Strosek 986s- NOT an Anziano's 986
 

I came across this old thread. Just to clarify, this is the Strosek Boxster (Strosek bumpers, skirts, rear valence, side vents, side mirrors). IMO, this 986 Strosek design is not all that appealing as compared with the older Strosek 911 design.
Anziano's is just a distributor, exclusive installer for Strosek Design.

well that explains it, Strosek has never made anything that looks worth a damn. The fenders they used to put on the 911 to give them a tiny headlight was hideous, looks even worse in person. I met a guy at Palooza that had a Strosek Cabriolet 911. It was once owned by none other than Vanilla Ice. Although we only overheard him telling someone else that, I guess he figured us being younger guys would not appreciate it. I'm not sure who would though.
